New River Gorge Bridge, WV. Bridge day was first celebrated in 1980, to commemorate the completion of the New River Gorge Bridge. Since that time, the annual festival has grown to include parachutists jumping from the Bridge to the river below, rappellers dangling from ropes under the bridge, over 200 vendors selling food and arts and crafts, and fantastic entertainment. All of this combined with the spectacular Fall foliage of the New River Gorge and the sheer size of the crowd of over 200,000 makes for an unforgettable experience.

Best place to learn BASE jumping. Legal, 10 jumps a day is quite doable at a regular pace. Other activities are available; we will have a boat, spectacular waterfalls within a 15 min drive, great swimming areas, hiking for non-jumpers. Variety of hotels and restaurants are located within walking distance from the bridge. Good place to meet a lot of cool people. Cheap too.

From the shaded depths of thousand foot canyons to the snow capped peaks of 12,000 foot mountains, the landscape surrounding the town of Moab, Utah is truly a scenic wonderland. The beauty of natural surroundings of Moab is an addition to world famous mountain biking, hiking, four wheel driving, and river rafting opportunities. Moab is also a magnet for those who like BASE jumping!

Go Fast Games at Royal Gorge Bridge 2005             

One of world's most extreme events featuring world class B.A.S.E. jumpers for three full days of exhibition and competition jumps. All B.A.S.E. jumping from the world famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Aerial Tram. The awesome spectacle and unbelievable grandeur of B.A.S.E. jumping, parachute exhibitions, BMX exhibitions and speed climbing are back at the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park for the second annual Royal Gorge Go Fast Games. The event is three full days of exhibitions and competitive jumps from the Royal Gorge Bridge in Colorado. These world class athletes travel around the world and make Colorado their destination for the world's highest Suspension Bridge and the world's longest single-span Aerial Tram at the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park near Canon City, Colorado. The spectacle is a day trip worth taking and the family vacation you will be talking about.

Twin Falls 2005

Perrine Bridge at Twin Falls City, Idaho.  This spectacular bridge spans the majestic Snake River Canyon on the northern edge of Twin Falls. It is 1,500 feet long and almost 500 feet above the Snake River, and popular for base jumping.
